856 injectors

Just done a complete over haul on my uncles 856 with m&w turbo kit on it. It sounds like it has a miss at about half throttle. If I get new injectors for it are there any inj. Out there that will fit that allow more fuel or should I just get the stock ones rebuilt.

Unless the injection pump has been or will be upgraded beyond stock (more than turning the smoke screw) I doubt
upgrading injectors will be of any significant value or add much power. I'm no expert so maybe others will have a
differing opinion.

Miss or a flutter?

If the advance is adjusted correctly there is a spot where there is a timing induced flutter that's nothing to worry about.

Some injectors will take different tips with more or larger holes. often the pump pressure can be increased and the larger injectors enable corresponding greater volume delivery. Check with your local pump shop.
