Wizzo thank you for all of the pictures and interesting information. I don't respond to your posts often but I do read them. Makes me wish I was at those shows so I could see those machines in person. The pictures of the landscape you post are most interesting.

Its the Ad-Blu tank, the CVT transmission, on board computer & GPS devices are under the drivers seat 8) :lol: 8) :lol: 8) :lol: :roll:

Being's it's a Norton engine and probably not far removed from the Triumph motorcycle I once had, my guess is it's an oil sump tank for the engine. Way I remember the Triumph had 3 separate places to keep track of oil.

For fun I looked up Triumph cycles, notice the black tank under the seat-- oil sump tank.
