Rare tractor find at local show

Found this at the local show it was 40 horse and had a flat head 3 pt power up power down he said its one of 10 in America they were made in Ohio its a cool little tractor

Brockway. Not related to the truck builder. Started out after WWII as Leader, then changed owners and names.

I see one of those every year at local shows. Members of the Brockway family still show it. A lot of Leaders still around here, too.

I looked up how many were made and read there were around 500 made from 1949 - 1959. Did the owner maybe say there were 10 left in existence? I'm sure there are probably more then 10. I think Ive seen maybe three
Anyway they are great little tractors. Thanks for sharing!!

There was one on Classic Tractor Fever if I remember right. Belonged to a woman in Ohio I think.

aybe 10 known to exist...probably others that haven't been found or the owners haven't contacted old tractor people about them.
