Found it hiding on a neighbors place. Said his dad owned it.

Definitely an old orchard sprayer. Should be some identifying marks on the engine that might give a clue as to the maker. I have seen a few advertised in old catalogs that had the half round wooden tanks like that.

I just noticed the sickle bar tooth on the frame. Looks like it may have held a side cover or screen.
