Friday at Oakley

I cut hay today,it'll most likely be ready Saturday,so I'm probably going to head to Oakley tomorrow (Friday).
If any of you see me wandering around with a dumb look on my face,don't be afraid to grab my suspenders and get my attention.

Are you going to be around the steam somewhere Kevin? We'll make it around there to see what Kemler's up to at some point.

Sorry to miss you this year, Randy! My wife just called me and reminded me that I was being taken to Oakley on Saturday for my annual birthday outing. Even if it is a week late this year. I should be there on Saturday unless I get hung up with some fool thing or another...but planning on it. Always a good show.

Ya, but we be all over, gotta check out the red iron too!!

We will start at the breakfast around 8 -8.30 and then I try to go see the steamers firing up and go from there.

I spent all day today either on the steamer or the shingle saw and will head back to Clarksville in the afternoon.

Oh, and I will have on a very oil spattered IH hat since I got showered with steam & cylinder oil when we started up today.

also, I will have on a CLarksville denim shirt.

Looks like Sat will be the day for me. Maybe I'll get to meet Dave, he doesn't live very far from me. I'll look for Jacks awning and sign. Maybe next year, Randy!

I'm going to miss you this year Randy. Maybe next year, or if your going to Blanchard next Saturday. I plan on being there then.
I'll write my cell phone number on something at the canopy if I'm wandering around. Anyone can give me a jingle and I'll come back.
