About 2 weeks ago I cooked tomatoes and ran them through my mill to make juice. It has been sitting in the fridge since in cooking pots. Is it still safe to can?

Should be good. By the time you are done processing in either water bath caner or pressure caner, if there was bacteria starting, it should kill it.

SMELL it! If it has a bad smell, pour it out. If it smells ok, then taste it. If it is not soured, it is OK, otherwise, I would not take a chance with it.

Don't want to rain on a parade but when I can I always go from start to finish. Check it like the others have said but it is better straight through. Tomato is high acid so that helps a lot and I would pressure cook to kick her up to 240 degrees. Just my $.o2.
