400-450 fast hitch

Is it a 1/16 scale toy or a real tractor. Your description is a bit vague to say the least. A toy one could be worth more than a real one.

I have purchased 2 in the last couple years. Both were the later 450 to 560 style. One will to be put on a 450 and the other on a SMTA. I paid $400 and $500 for them. I probably over paid but both sets were complete, in very good condition, in close proximity and I wanted them. For what it is worth, the 400 style fast hitch is considered by many to be a better design but will not bolt up to a 450, SMTA or 560 without some major fabrication.

We used to have a 450 and it came with the standard hitch set up. My dad found and swapped with a guy for the super heavy duty hitch. Standard has one up and down cylinder at the rear. The super hitch has more beef to it and has a rear AND a front cylinder. A truly supper set up for plowing and control of a spring tooth etc. WELL worth what ever you need to pay for it if you find one of them that is not all busted up. Good luck!

Early 400 had a two cylinder setup with a tilt cylinder on front right side. that angled the hitch sockets (not side to side) the later versions had a traction control device with a "D" handled notched lever on the left. I consider the Early hitch superior, and the later hitch to be only a partially effective traction control. Jim
