Not only was bob a valued and knowledgeable friend on our YT Forums, he was just as much so in his busy life.

His obituary can be found by going to www.randallroberts.com the website of Randall & Roberts Funeral home in Noblesville, Indiana.

Just scroll down a bit and the obits are on the right side of the page.

Forgot to add - Bob's handle, MSB, stood for "Mudsock Bob". "Mudsock" was (maybe still is) the nickname of Fishers, Indiana back when it was maybe 500 people (now 50,000 or so?).

I'm 78 and don't ever remember Fishers not being called Mudsock. I'm not sure why, unless it goes back to the days before paved streets.

Stan, since he was a forum guy be sure to post this in the "Memorials..." forum down the line here. I like to copy and paste the obit in it also. Internet links get deleted in time so a link is not as useful. Sounds like he deserves a mention there.

Dave,

I agree, but I don't know how to do the cut and paste thing. Could you possibly do that for me?

I looked over there in the Memorials and did not see Hugh MacKay. Wasn't he there at one time?

Read the obit - thanks much for posting. Without a doubt Bob Stewart was cut from a different cloth.

Also - very much appreciate and read the old postings of Hugh MacKay as well as the advice and help of Big Dean Austin. RIP

IMHO - none better.
