2008 GMC 3500

My service truck has a vibration from 20-
25 mph. Feels like driving over rumble
strips, maybe not quite that extreme
though.

Truck has about 190K, Allison w/o duramax.
Drive shaft had all new universal and
carrier bearing less than 4K miles ago.

Ideas?

Don't go that speed ? LOL
Wonder if it is a tire issue ?
I chased a weird noise in my Dodge once turned out to be the differential side bearings. I put it up on jackstands and ran it and started unhooking things until it went away.

Check the tires. Wife's van had a shimy, I kept checking the steering linkage, everthing was tight. The belts in the tires were coming apart. New tires fixed it.

I agree. My SIL bought a used truck a few days ago and when driving it he noticed a slight vibration. He thought it might be a bad u-joint but the next morning he found a flat tire on the truck and when he installed the spare the vibration was gone.

That is the typical speed for drive shaft problems. Might take a look at it, see what's happening before it lets go.
