I think my Ferguson tractor is the model FE-35.
Its hard to see the plate as its worn pretty good,
but I can see the serial number.
Is there a way with that number to ID the model and exact date of manufacture?
Serial number is DM115072

I can see the 35 on tag but couldn't see if its a FE35 or TO35.
On top of tag it says standard motor England

I have one similar. An FE-35 with a Standard gasoline engine. Made in Coventry. I think it is a '58. The serial number is SHF1669**. TDF

Standard motor means it is FE as F means Ferguson and E means England. TO means tractor overseas or USA. And England was Harry Ferguson s home country so that is where he built the first tractors and continued building them there for across the pond and USA for the america market so would not having shipping problems.

Wrong. Harry Ferguson was born and raised in Ireland.

He did build his tractors in England.
