One man's junk is another man's treasure. Twice I've
replaced all the carpet in a rental property. I put
an ad on craigslist, Free Carpet, you remove.
What is junk to me is better than some people have.
They are happy to get it. Saves me hundreds in paying
to have it removed.
To prevent spams, I don't post my phone number, they
have to give me theirs.
It's a win, win.
