Older riding lawn mower parts?

Can you recommend a company to get parts for older mowers? More than just blades and belts? Tnk.

I just rebuilt the deck on a 1996 craftsman, I bought everything thru Amazon. I was surprised as to what parts are available. Huskavarna owns AYP, and they build a lot of parts for everybody.

Depends on what you have and how old. I have a 1967 Murry riding lawn mower or should I say lawn tractor since the mower deck went bad years ago. I switched it over to electronic ignition so as to not have to worry about the points any more. Many parts like points can be picked up form auto parts store if you have a guy who know how to look in the book And compare pictures to your old ones

I recently used Partstree.com when I had to buy a pulley for my old international. Prices seemed ok but they got me with tax and $10 shipping. I was happy with them though. Them shipping me the parts was faster than me finding time to drive an hour to the International dealership.

I've used partstree.com also. They usually have the parts diagram also, just like you would find in the parts book. That often comes in handy, even if you don't buy from them.

We have a a few small engine suppliers here at Millers Repair Center, and I'd you want us to see if we van find stuff call 717 362 8252 and ask for joseph, which is me. I do some small engine repair as well as work on antique lawnmowers so I have a few places I go to.

Amazon,Ebay,Jacks Small Engines. I do have a lot of older stuff I picked up from an old mower shop that went out of business. Lot of Poulan,Mac ,Homelite . Still inventorying it yet .
