Is a roller type pump considered a high pressure pump? Will it produce 200-300 psi?

What is your application where you need 300 psi? That is a lot of pressure. With most agricultural applications of pesticides one only uses 50 psi or less.

The XL is the only one that Hypro says you can use Glyphosate in. I used a 6500C, come time to overhaul, could not get the the bearings out. Sprayed with different things, soaked in different things, finally began to break the housing, but did get the bearing out of one end, but not the race. Now I have a 6500XL.

You should always flush a roller pump well after spraying. Then fill it with atf.

I understand about cleaning a pump after using, you can go to www.hydropumps.com check it out. Hydro does not recommend Glyphosateor or Acids in the "C" or "N", the "XL" (silvercast) only.
