Help with ID please Case tractor

Could anyone help me with this tractor.
Case
The serial numbers i can find are A5576A, 5319565DC, B4848A, pat #2234736

I am trying to sell it for a friend and I am a city girl and have no idea what the value may be. Not sure if you are allowed to give estimates here if not its ok. Any info that can point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Works fine..

The middle number indicates a Case model DC made in 1949

5319565DC is the actual serial number(letters tell model). The numbers that end in "A" are part and/or casting numbers if I recall right....not completely sure on case.

Where is this tractor located?

Depends on location and condition of tires, sheetmetal, etc. My guess would be $500-$1,500 bucks as-is where is. As mentioned, it is a 49 DC.
