Using Crossbow on horse nettlel

I have about 3-4 acres of horse nettle in pasture. I plan to use Crossbow. Label says 1.5% solution. So, my question is this: I have 8 gal per acre spray tips and 20 gal per acre spray tips. Do I want to fine spray the stuff or drench it. Obviously, I use less Crossbow with fine spray nozzles.

The label rate for Foliar (broadcast/Boom) applications on horse nettles is 4 quarts to the acre, The 1.5% is for high volume drench or SPOT applications.like soaking down a tree.
Best results would be with the 20gpa tips as more complete and uniform coverage always works better. Mixed at 19 gallons of water to 1 gallon of crossbow.

Go with the 20 gal tips and don't use the 1.5% rate. You are going to need to go with the 4 quarts/acre rate the other poster mentioned.

Just a quick question, why use crossbow? It seems like an expensive way to spray for horsenettle and not get complete control. According to the price at Rural King it will cost $55/acre in chemicals and it still is only a partial control. Look into GrazonNext HL. I have priced it at around the same per gallon but at less than a quart per acre for control. Might be something to look into.
