I'm not a lady and I am even a little rough on the edges for a guy buy I appreciate the craftsmanship and beauty of those blankets.

In the right setting, those are amazing. Too many get stuffed into an over-crowded bedroom and look dusty.

I'm sure for those who do them, it's not work - it's pleasure. Good to have a hobby for the hands and keep busy.

My wife is a quilter and her club just had their quilt show. Over 150 quilts and some of the detail is unbelievable. Patience is not one of my strong suits, so their work is really amazing to me.

The pictures we are seeing will soon be a lost art. The quilts hand sew like those have
more meaning & character than any blanket that's store bought.
