Haven't used EBay much in a few years, when I have recently it's slow and jerky. Last couple of days when an item is clicked on it locks the computer, bar on page bottom says eBay not responding, does it every time I click on an item and scrolling down a page at a normal speed will produce a blank page. It might catch up, might stay blank. Computer seems to work fine on anything else or maybe it's got something to do with the around 18 M Soft up dates a week ago.

I have 10 and no issues with Ebay. I did learn, from another source, that 10 doesn't tell you when it's updating and tries to continue in the background while you're trying to do other things (slowing things to a halt). It's a good idea to manually check for updates at regular intervals and if you see them just let them finish and do your required reboots to calm things down.

Ebay and other large sites with a lot of pop ups have always gave me fits like that. Ebay keeps adding more and more junk all the time making it worse. I started out years ago I could use dial up and still use ebay but that went away and even my newer lap top with Armstrong internet still struggles at times.

How old is your computer? This could easily be caused by Windows 10 running on an older computer or a video card that too ancient tot handle Windows 10.

Use the Edge Brower rather then Internet Explorer. If using the Edge Browser does not fix your problem, download the Google Chrome Browser to fix your problem.

I'm no computer expert. In my opinion, windows 10 scans everything for a virus. Sometimes I send pics from phone to computer. It takes a long time to download and save. Win 10 once said there was a virus in one of the pics I send myself.

I'm guessing win 10 is slower because of security scans.
