Thanks for the photos. Spent several weeks in Iceland last summer and got to visit a few farms. Learned as I was leaving we drove very close to a tractor Museum. Wish I had known about it. Wonderful country and would love to go back some day.
 
Yes, it's great place, lots to do and very unusual landscape. This is one of many trips, spent whole winter here once. The other day was very cold when I took the photo--a place in the shadow of some high peaks, stays cold. I'll check into the tractor museum, never heard of it but my friends here have enough tractors could probably start their own museum ;-)
 
Lots of tractors stored outside here, the weather is not kind. No salt like we have--other than from the ocean--but relentless snow and cold. Friend picked up big JCB loader backhoe here, doors and much of cab rusted away. He's doing good job fabricating new doors and glass from some used and new parts. It'll be nice machine when he's finished.
