Help with inheritance ID

I inherited this tractor recently in Tacoma Wa area. I enclosed pictures that will help ID it.It has a Case frame and TerraTrac hydraulics. It is an inline 4 cylinder gas engine. I thought it may be a Terra Trac GT34 but I cannot find a serial plate or # on the tractor.
I know that he used it until fall 2012 when he was unable to get around. I would love to get it started and use around the acreage. But have no knowledge on how to get it ready or how to start it up. I would not want to wreck something that would prevent someone from getting good use. If anyone wants to put in an appraisal that would be great. Ultimately I will be selling it soon.
Thank you for any input

1st do the basics. Check oil, fuel & coolant. Charge or install good battery. Figure out where neutral is on transmission & place lever there. turn the key or press the starter button & see what happens. Just like starting any vehicle. Then work the hydraulic levers for the blade to work up & down. Put it in first gear. Scary the first time but manageable.

Once you get it to crank, before trying to start it, remove the spark plugs and roll it over for five seconds to get some oil into the bearings.

A nice, unrestored but working Case 310 sold at auction here in SW MI three weeks ago for $3300, for reference. YMMV
