More F600: Diesel?

Thanks for the responses. Now if yo were to rebuild and put a diesel in,what diesel would you install and what trannie?

I'd put an 8.3 or 5.9 Cummins. If a 5.9, tweaked for just a little extra hp, with an SAE bellhousing and a 10 speed if it has lower rear end gearing, or a 13 speed if it has a high geared rear end. Either of those engines are good reliable engines, and are readily available, and easy to get parts for. Probably be stuck with a 5.9 though, due to length restrictions under the hood.
