i just installed a new clutch PAC in white 4-150 pto . put pto housing back in tractor and ran. The problem know the pto shaft will not stop when pto brake is applied. has any one seen this problem Thanks

Obvious question,is the linkage adjusted right? Will it stop if you unhook the linkage and work it by hand right at the valve?

with cable unhooked and valve worked by hand doesn't make a difference.
