Just purchased a WD at an on line auction. I spoke with the seller. It will run, but starter is bad. He was switching it to a 12V system and got interrupted mid way. After it sat for a year, decided to part with it. I do not have a serial number yet. Will likely pick the machine up next Sunday.
At least two of the tires are flat.
Any pointers or advice will be appreciated. (I also posted this on the Allis thread.)
 
If the starter just needs bushings and brushes they can be gotten from Napa or this website for very little money.
