Every time I try to post a picture on this forum lately it says "Posting is Disabled". What is the problem? Could this be related? When I click 'post a message' the grid comes up with NAME other than wolf man. I delete it and type wolf man and I can post words, just not pics?

That's what I use too. Sometimes it takes so long I give up. I haven't been resizing my photos though. It might work if I did.
