Drinking Antifreeze

I can picture quite a few people drinking some extra antifreeze today.
While it might be just another Tuesday to most this in one of 3 days a year most retail is closed.
Those days would be Mardi Gras; Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Was low 30's this morning; is 41 now with a wind chill of 34 and a high today of 52.

We will get our one last party in before we transition to 40 days of fasting at midnight.

I would "almost" rather be on Marie Laveau's bad side than be in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. WAYYYYY too many people for me!!

Leroy its only temporary. Our last cool snap of the year.

Was 77 last Sunday.
Couple of cool days this week.
And back to 79 by next Sunday.

The trees are all budding; and the grass is greening up.

Our last frost date is March 15th.

Why is there fasting at midnight for 40 days? Who is up at midnight anyway?
