Cut out the bend and weld in a new short piece of pipe is the most sure way to get it back 100% right.

Put it against a couple of trees with pressure then heat will come right back. Oh Oh That's right no trees out there. Seriously though if you can put it on something like that 2 big tractors and pull with a chain in the middle with a couple of blocks under the chain to spread the strain or some such method. A press then heat would also work. Probably need a rose bud to get enough heat fast enough. Might have to cut the rods loose at one end so it can pull then reweld them.
Now a few methods open to you.

Use heat to straighten it, just Google heat straightening. Heat the long side to just glowing and then cool it. Will likely take several tries. You will probably have to cut the bars loose before.

Like Jon said. I have had this happen to me by mistake a number of times when I get too much more heat on one side of a piece than the other.
