Who made this running gear?

Who made this running gear and where do i look for markings on it. The tongue looks home made and i couldn't see anything on the hubs unless its behind the wheel. I appreciate any help.

It?s been a few years since I sold the one I had that looks like that one in my memory. Mine was a Columbus brand, built in Minneapolis MN, I think was where it was. (Not the Minnesota brand built by the prison system inmates.) The Columbus wagon I had didn?t have an ID plate anywhere, just a sticker decal that said what it was. Those peel off or fade away over time though. The axles and hubs look the same to me. On the one I had, it didn?t use common style implement rims or hubs. Even the wheel bearings were an odd size. I didn?t like the fact that I had to special order common parts for it, so I just sold it and replaced it with a running gear that has common bearings and the rims will interchange with my other wagons. I like to be able to have a spare tire mounted and handy if needed.

Have no idea, though it is a light gear. If you are wanting to use for heavy work, look further for a heavier gear. With 6 or 8 bolt wheels. That one is probably only about a 4or 6 ton gear.

Those look like standard auto wheels to me, think Chrysler product. Ford look simular but have the common 5 lug implement that fits. GM had a 5 lug like that also. Only GM or Chrysler had a lug pattern that was not compatiable with an inplement wheel like ford was

I wonder if that might be a Firestone ? We had 2 of them and they were so sloppy in the steering you couldn't tow the both of them down to the lower farm they wobbled so bad. Any way the steering on this one looks like the Firestone gears we had.
