Scouting fields and a bale loader

The triticale has been down 14 days and it?s coming back with a passion if I could get a couple good drinks on it could possibly make another light crop either that or plow it under for fertilizer. Then went and got the tires of the bale loader I bought last fall going to try and get it mounted to the two ton and see how it goes on the other piece of wild hay

I bought a bale loader kind of like that once. I only used it a couple of times. I never found it terribly useful. I was trying to use it on a gooseneck trailer, might be better on a two ton truck.

Trouble is, with a bale loader, you need HELP, enny cute farm grrrls in your area looking for "bale handling" jobs?

No sir but I?ve got a couple kids one calls me about
ever other day wondering if he can help me do
anything on the farm .

Morgan that was My original plan but I think it would be such a pain to turn on the ends except in big fields I think it would be kinda hard . Plus with a dump truck you could dump the bales and go get another load and stack latter although I?m not that fond of that idea but might work

Yes but one in any kind of shape is 2500$ and up . And when they get wore out they are hard to use

Pulled thousands of bales off one of these every summer, during my high school years. I loved bucking bales, as a kid.

I ran bale basket wagons for several years with a grapple I really like that setup, then went to accumulator system since I was already using grapple. would never do it any other way if went back to doing it.baskets work really well if you sell out of field pull along their trailers and trip rope load slides out then you keep baleing while they work on loading their rig.

Got one like that but modified it to pull behind the tractor with a hitch on the back to pull a wagon or trailer. Cut the part off so the bale would go straight back to the wagon. Works great. No tag on mine so I still do not know what brand it is.

We have a pop up style Henry, works well but easy for driver to load too fast. Will put 300 bales on a trailer in 10 mins if you have the people to stack it fast enough.

So you rode the short bus???

Actually I kinda enjoyed it too. Don't care much for it now.

ray(mo), do you have pictures of your modified loader? We bought one this spring with idea to pull behind baler loading straight into trailer.
