I recently took on the nightmare of trying to make a Dresser 510c wheel loader steer. I can not find a schematic or diagram of the steering or hydraulic system anywhere. The way the hoses are hooked up now when I started the machine both steer cylinders sucked all the way in and don't move when you turn the wheel. Im not sure but shouldn't the hoses be hooked up to where when one cylinder is going out the other is going in. Please put some knowledge on me. Thanks in advance

Yes they should be crossed .plumbed so 1 pulls
the ram in and the other pushes the ram out.1 can
cross that up too if you cross them like that and
turn steering wheel to right but wheels cut left
you will have to reverse them again but no matter
what 1 cylinder pushes while the other pulls
