What continuous postings ?
(quoted from post at 10:15:50 07/21/19) Is that a 1/2 ton truck?
Kinda odd that he would have a rather high dollar aluminum trailer and only a 1/2 ton to pull it.[/
The combined weight of the trailer and tractors is greater than what two 10,000lb axles can carry .
If the trailer had been a 5th wheel with 1500lbs on the hitch it would have been an improvement.
The driver does not have a class A license .
The truck tongue weight is too heavy.
The truck is loaded beyond it s rated tow capacity.
The truck, trailer and load is beyond 26,000lbs and requires a CVOR.
The goof was leaving the Listowel Fair yesterday evening.

I take it by your continuous posting of these images that you condone the stupidity of the actions that are being pointed out.

The guy got there and presumably got home without a problem and probably sang "She'll Be Comin' 'Round the Mountain" all the way there and back. So the joke's on you.
[b:f7d0e62250]The rule is, as long as you get there and back it's all good[/b:f7d0e62250]. Object or point out any shortcoming and you're conscripted into the YTDOT.

Barnyard, I am not saying that you are one, but a statement like that says that you are asking for "your sign" unless of course I am completely misunderstanding your statement.

You most certainly misunderstood the sarcasm of my statement.
The reality of the situation is, he's home safe and sound by now. Otherwise there would be a link in this thread to the news story for the accident he caused. No news story, no accident, nothing bad happened.
The reality is that 999,999 times out of a million, rigs like this and far worse get from point A to point B without incident.
The reality is there isn't a d**n thing you or I or anyone else here can or will do about it. When this rig was discovered, were the police called? No. Just took pictures and posted them here where we're all supposed to look down our noses at it and judge the guy's intelligence and yell, "THAT'S ILLEEEEEGALLLLL!"
The reality here is the law does NOT apply because he's "private" so quoting rules and regulations is irrelevant. Even if DOT saw him, which is unlikely unless he crosses state lines on a major highway, nothing they can or would do. "Private" gives you a free pass.
Was it smart? NO! Was it right? NO! Do I agree with it? NO!
I do want his trailer though.

(quoted from post at 07:56:21 07/22/19)How do you justify something that is obviously over loaded as being acceptable because no one was maimed or killed ?
