Storm update

Storm hit Monday at noon.

Most of the grocery stores have power now, very few stop lights working yet. I have been generating since Tuesday at noon, about half of times was with McCormick and half with 6610. I am leaving the 6610 on it, except when using it to move brush and trees.

We took down 9 trees in the yard, we have two cherry and 4 pines to do tomorrow.

The national guard arrived today and have been helping the utility crews.

Time for bed.

Rest well and take care... to all impacted by that wind storm. Accidents happen quickly - especially when people are exhausted and frazzled.

The same storm came through south of town. Lotsa busted power poles and knocked down sheds. North of town, it got windy, but nothing like south of town. If you wanna see how southwest Wisconsin fared, you can check out the How Farms Work YouTube channel

I will keep you in my thoughts.
