Found tractor that has been setting for 10 years that I want to pull home but can't get rear wheels to turn. It is in neutral, clutch is free. Any suggestions. Thanks

Brakes are froze/rusted up. Easy to remove the brake assy. Two bolts on each side will let the brake easily come off. Then you can move it.

You could pull the brake out and if not in gear pull it around. We did that to the John Deere A parts tractor we dragged in over the summer.

Careful as I have cracked a few brake drums doing that ! I'd recommend removing the brake assemblies. And then use a push pull for towing it around.

Don't say where you're located, but I've seen more than a couple get locked up from being frozen. 10 years is a long time for water to build up.

That being said, brakes locking up on a tractor that sits is an extremely common occurrence. May try pulling it backwards. Be sure to hook down low, below the axle.
