For fuel ? I found another fuel filter on this two ton truck it’s probably also plugged like the filter was behind the cab gong to pull that and check it . The runs great if not under load it goes right up to full throttle and doesn’t miss at all

Underneath on the frame should be a canister filter.

Unless u mean the one in the carb inlet

Changed that there is another one right at the fuel pump
