3 years ago today Mrs 730 passed away due to MS and problems that came with it.
I have since meant really great gal I call her Sue B. We have plans to do a few day trips watch few Beloit Snapper baseball games.
There is a guy on here that lost his wife about a month ago pray and keep busy I know easier then done email is open I think.

Sorry about Mrs 730, Glad you have Sue B. I have watched lots of people over my 69 years lose spouses. It's a terrible thing. What I have noticed is that people who grieve and then move on with their life and find someone else are happier and seem to have a decent life. The ones who set around and do nothing but mourn over their lost loved one seem to be miserable, unhappy, lonely people until they die. Wishing you the best, always remember but move on with your life, being busy helps ease the pain. Chris

I lost my wife of almost 50 years in Dec 2016, I too have found a wonderful lady who lost her husband about 3 months after my wife passed. My wife and she were friends, walked the Cure for Cancer walks together.

I'm glad things are going well for you.

My late sister was only 64 when her husband died. A couple of years later, she began seeing a fellow who had lost his wife about the same time she lost her husband. They met at a polka dance where she was playing her accordion in the band.

Her four kids about freaked out. She called me on the telephone one evening, which was odd because we'd just been emailing each other. She asked if I had heard she was seeing someone. I had, but I said I hadn't. The way she was talking, I could tell she was fishing for her kid brother's approval, so I told her, "I think that's great! If you enjoy each other's company, why sit around alone?"
