NH LX565 Injection Pump

I have a couple questions for pump experts on this site. It is a ZEXEL pump made in Japan but I cannot read all the numbers on tag. It is on New Holland LX565 skidsteer. Would love to to talk with someone who is familiar with these pumps. I am getting no fuel beyond the injection pump I have checked and am getting power to pump actuator but no fuel out of injection lines. Is there a way to make certain pump gear or key is not sheared off without pulling pump governor and drive apart? That's a PFR type pump that does not have it's own camshaft, but bolts over a cam located inside the engine block. First, make sure the pump rack is moving, if stuck in off position it will never supply injectors with fuel. Make sure the stop solenoid is moving, if I recall it pulls in away from the rack so engine will start/run. Solenoid plunger pushes the rack to off position with current turned off. Some solenoids use three wires, one ground, one stronger starting coil, and a weaker holding coil for running. I'd check all electrical parts first, if engine has been setting awhile there may be some stuck internal parts also that will keep the rack from moving. Old stale fuel, water in fuel, and Bio diesel can cause one or more plungers to stick, keeping rack from moving freely. Pump will need torn down for complete cleaning if that's happened. DO NOT force the rack! You will only make matters worse..
 
I will check in morning to see if I have rack movement. If I understand you correctly I should be able to pull solenoid and insert a small pic into hole and feel movement of rack when i push on it. I have power at solenoid when I turn key to on and can hear and feel solenoid click. This one has just single wire going to solenoid
