Any ideas on how I can get the pc out of the head ? was thinking of useing the torch and get
the pc hot and using a punch or something and try getting it to turn out ..

ANY advice will be really appreciate .. THANKS ... mark

Hacksaw blade held in your hand or little holder for a blade. Cut in two places opposite of one another. Then peel out the two pieces.

Had a similar problem once.used a hack saw blade cutting the fitting down to the threads on either side then a punch or small cold chisel to drive each piece toward each other then unscrew them with pliers.you might have cut into the head threads just a little to weaken the old fitting enough

It may be hard to find, but they make a half round chisel. The metal is thin and can be collapsed by taking the round part and inserting it between the body and the thin pipe.
You can make one by grinding a punch, chisel or philips screwdriver down. It just needs a rapid taper thin point to wedge inbetween the remainder.

Collapse it in with a chisel. Once you get some of it collapsed, stick something flat inside and try to screw it out.

There is not much left, it will be easier than it looks.

If you try to saw it, be very careful, really easy to damage the threads. Heat would be risky too, too close to the head.

I would have peeled the remains of that nipple out of the head with a "cape chisel" in less time than it took you to post this.

A pipe is very thin at is threads. Use a dremal or die grinder to grind just a pinch thinner in a few places. Not enough to hit the threads in the head. This will weaken it. Then peal it out with a chisel. Never try a inner type tool to grab the piece. This causes them to expand and make the pipe tighter. You can also heat the head some, but not to much. I use a thermal temp gun to gauge it. never much over 250-300. Pipe fittings are interference fit. so they are slightly tapered. Very little heat makes the threads looser. This works very well in aluminum where the female thread will expand at 3 times the rate of the steel pipe. If you ever heat exhaust, whither it is pipe, or cast,(like a manifold) remember if you bring it up cherry hot or more it will pull carbon from the exhaust soot and make it harder than heel. Only a few minutes and you should be able to peal it out. Al
