Looks a lot like a wrench that my husband used to have for wagon wheels.
Used to have... because he left in laying on the wagon when moving it - it dropped in the grass.
I mowed over it and cut the handle in half (tell ya what - that'll almost kill a Cub Cadet - she bogged waayyyy down). Should have saved that cut wrench for my rust garden.

I agree, we have some dated plugcock valves that have a similar wrench nearby, just in case we need to operate them,

LOL, I only paid attention to the name side pictures as with any name "Motor Car Co." means it is pretty darn old!
