Case IH RBX452 Auto Wrap Fault

Hello all, I'm wondering if anyone can help me with my Uncle's RBX452 Silage. He bought it last spring and makes hay for his 15 beef cows, it worked fine last summer we made around 100 bales with it. Except a few times after ejecting a full bale and driving ahead a few feet the bale diameter numbers on the "net twine" wrap controller would start bouncing around and the full bale alarm would go off and it would wrap a bale 1' in diameter. When I was running it I was able to avoid making small bales by putting it into manual mode then back into auto and pushing the wrap button when the bale was actually full. Any ideas why it would do this? I assume it has another bale size sensor besides the two behind metal tabs in the bale chamber for the display showing how square the bale is. Where is that located? Thanks

If you do not have the service manual, type in your browser {IHRBX 452 }and download the PDF. Sounds as if
a sensor is sending,or not sending a proper signal.CM

If you'll go to machinery forum on discussion forum named HayTalk there are many NH hay equipment problem solutions authored by Mike10 "shown at the top of machinery page". If your baler isn't shown then open a thread & ask your question. I'll bet Mike10 or some NH equipment operator will answer your question.

If your baler utilizes magnetic switches to control eclectically controlled functions I read where cleaning ferrous dust from between switch components can help eclectic controlled functions operate.

Yes, this machine used magnetic switches. I saw this was the tractor section after I posted this thread and it seemed like there wasn't a way to delete it, oops. I will check out Hay Talk for a solution. Thanks
