Potentially a great tractor. Id be a little concerned about the rear main seal leaking, it might be that or it might be something deeper. Either way not a small fix.

Sounds to me more like going from bad to worse if he trades.
The older I get, the more I refuse to buy anything that is locally dealer supported.
Everything sooner or later needs parts or a dealer to repair it.

If he wants a loader, the terramite is like working on a lawn mower. Can order parts from the factory or find most parts locally at a hydraulic shop. Only problem, no dealer to make repairs.

I serviced both terramites. When are you going to pick one up???

I'd advise you to sell your truck through a car dealer at one of those auto auctions that only dealers can go to. Chances are, the truck will go a long ways away, and you as the seller would pretty much remain un-known, except perhaps your name on the title being transferred.
If it were my truck, I'd want to move it and remain as un-known as possible. I wouldn't want to be selling or trading it personally, especially locally.

The only thing that concerns me with that tractor is ad says...
'The rear main seal is leaking oil onto the clutch making the pto clutch slip'
That is a serious oil leak.

But if it were closer I would have the trailer hooked up and at least take a ride to see it.
$2500 gives you some room to work on it and them 3 cyl perkins diesel are good motors.

I ran both a 135 and a 165 a lot working for a neighbour during high school years. Never ran a 150. Is it a 3 speed hi/low range or a 4 seed hi/low range? Does it have Multi Power. These tractors had about a 10 gallon per minute hydraulic pump, its ok, but the front crank mounted hydraulic pumps really made a great loader tractor. Good little tractors

I was told with the present demand for vehicles that those selling trucks should try Carvana. No messing around, take the money and run.

Dealership has offered $3000 cash...... Had it advertised for 4500..... No takers. Several offers of $3000-3500. No buyer yet.

150 is a befed up 135. Heavier front end and is alao made as a row crop with dual front wheels or wide front axle. Same power train. Designed more like the 165.

It seems that the Massey has sold, at least I couldn't find the listing.
Have you considered a skid loader? Much faster hydraulics and more nimble than a tractor.

I 2nd the idea of a skid loader. Fun to drive and can almost turn in it own length. Plus like with tractors if you look hard enough you can find them cheap. I knew a guy who got one at an auction for $800. But with in a week of owning it he blew the engine so I ended u rebuilding the engine for him

If you don't already have one, get a skid steer and you'll never regret it. I had a 300U with a loader and power steering, sold it and got a SSL. Best tool I've ever had on the farm.

It's a Massey 150. Dead simple and easy to work on. That's a rather minor repair.
