Massey 165 seat

Hello, this is my first time posting, my Massey Ferguson 165 is due for a new seat, I see options to rebuild the factory seat with new upholstery etc but mine is badly rusted and Im thinking a new seat assembly is going to be my best route.
My question is what universal seat should I get? I bought one a couple years ago for my ford 3000 that was about $75 and quality was what youd expect for $75. Id like a quality suspension seat that wont flex excessively with a 280 lbs guy on it.
Thank you

My gross weight is about 230lbs. I replaced my
original seat about 10 years ago. I bought it at a New
Holland dealer. Dont know the manufacturer. It has
held up well, but it does have some wobble issues as
does the operator!

Thanks for the reply and photos, I like the way that seat looks much better than the cheap on I put on my ford! I will look the next time Im at one of the dealers.

I don't know which type original seat you have, but if you go to Ebay and type in "Massey 165 seat" you can get everything from just the cushions to the whole seat plus generic options from cheap to wicked fancy and expensive.

When choosing a after market seat for a 165 make sure it
clears the draft control spring. Many do not, they fit but
you cant get them to move far enough back to make
room for larger operators.
