That's an excellent question. Did European farmers turn their old cars into tractors during the war like Americans did? Hey Majorman...
 
Probably. Its got a RH drive Model A Ford engine and transmission and an 1930-'31 Model AA truck radiator. The front axle is from a Model T Ford, modified to fit
those non-Ford lateral leaf springs and chassis.

Its nicely done for sure. The hood(bonnet?) reminds me of the type later found on OTA tractors.

Cars were not as common over here as they were on your side of the pond but there were companies offering kits like this one.

Some farmers built their own with car components, I have seen an Austin car converted and there also was a company called Pattersons (I think) that made cars into tractors for mowing greens on golf courses.
