This goes in line with the outlet of a tank sprayer. it is driven by A 8 roller pump driven by the PTO. This piece is supposed to be a filter assembly with a filter fitting into the bigger part and a cap screwed in place holds the filter inside. Dont have the cap or filter cant match this up with anything. The outlet is 3/4 pipe. I dont know what brand it is. Anybody have a resource for something like this?
 
I should add the part where the filter fits is about 2 inch ID and I believe the filters is just the screen.
 
Tractor Supply, other farm stores, and other places that sell weed sprayers and parts should have similar filters. You may have better luck replacing it than finding parts for yours. An industrial pipe and plumbing store should have it or can get them.

Yes, sprayers generally use screen elements.
 
Ebay has several to choose from. Search '3/4 plastic strainer'.

Probably want one with a plastic strainer for max chemical resistance.
 
Thanks for the replies. Never even occurred to me to Google it. I did walk in to a tractor supply and looked and I didnt see any there Ill have to order one.
 
Probably just as cheap and easy to replace it with a new one. You want it before the pump to protect it from dirt in the rollers and one at the boom with about a 150 mesh to keep from plugging your nozzles. Mine would still plug the nozzles till I change the filters in the housing to the 150's. Banjo is one brand that makes all kinds of fittings for sprayers. I would also have a shut off valve at the tank and at the filter so I didn't lose a lot of spray at the price of things. One at tank so if you need to change a hose and at filter for cleaning. If you have very big booms on the sprayer I would want one for each boom as well as a shut off for each..
 
Your filter is made in Italy, it will be metric be prepared to change the fittings that screw into it. Buy a Spraying Systems or Banjo filter. That filter pictured below is junk. A filter in the 50 to 80 mesh is fine for tip size 04 and larger.
