Finally have 4 days without any rain so I mowed a small field, about 4 acres, today. We have my son in laws funeral tomorrow so with the heavy dew and fog, I will probably get it baled Saturday. Morning temps are in the 50s and low 60s and it really doesn't warm um much till afternoon with this cool snap. Gonna try to tedd it tomorrow morning and let it be till Saturday then rake and bale. I don't think it will get overly dry but we'll see. The next chance to mow will be week after next because starting Sunday it's gonna be rain for a week. Some folks need rain and we're just getting too much around here. August is normally hot and dry, but not this year. Oh the fun of farming
