Nice! Wonder if it's functional yardart? Might be... OR the owner may have parked it out so it could 'get some vitamin D from the sun' (which is what my husband always claims, when he is showing off his tractors). LOL

He does spin it over. Crank handle gets moved. Don't know if he runs it. I pass it a couple times each week. Has exhaust covered with a capped stainless sleeve. No, I wouldn't leave it out.

Was repainted about 9 years ago and placed in a state museum , they finally call and said come get it about a year ago . Been on that farm for as long as I can remember .
