I'm new here and to tractors. I know enough to get things done for the most part and just picked up an odd project you'll might appreciate. It appears to be a homemade tractor from?? It has a flat four the I.D. tag is gone so your guess might be better than mine. Long story short I'm going to need help figuring out replacement parts to really get her going. She does run but needs help in a few spots. I wish I could tell you more but it really seems homemade.

(quoted from post at 21:23:43 04/11/23) The basic structucre looks strong. I give it a WORTH The EFFORT category. Jim
greed. Bet it could give you a day's work with a little tlc.

Hello hodge welcome to YT! What I find is that CWC
stands for Campbell, Wyant and Cannon Foundry,
Muskegon, Michigan. What I find says that they cast
blocks for multiple different engine companies. It
sounds like your engine could be a Continental, but
nothing definite. Web search ..CWC engine.. got the
above info. A picture showing as much of each side of
the engine as possible would be helpful. And a more
complete view of the transmission might also help.

i would say by the way the loader arms attach to the tractor it probably isn't homemade.

it looks like a real heavy duty garden tractor. probably a specialty unit like ditchwitch makes special purpose tractors and things.

I'd look it over some more for a name plate riveted or screwed to the frame or dash or hood or??

kinda neat.

how many cylinders is the motor? I presume its water cooled?

Its a flathead 4 cylinder water cooled. I've looked it over pretty good with no sign of a tag yet. It was definitely built by someone who knew what they were doing. The only give aways are a few interesting placed torch cuts. I'll get more pictures when I can.

the torch marks by the clutch petal steering wheel and the hydraulic line tell me it's a home built
