It'll be sooooo good to see spring come. We haven't had nearly as much snow/ice as other people in Iowa and the midwest and we're flatlanders so hills aren't a problem. But we're still fed up with what we do have. Been trying to get come corn hauled to bolster the bank account a bit, but favorite trucker has hogs so the extra cold, somewhat snowy weather has been keeping him busy moving snow for the feed truck/hog trucks, tending to frozen fans, etc., so he hasn't had time to haul grain. Usually when I need to haul, I hop in one of his trucks and get er done but that can't happen right now, so I guess we sit and wait. I congratulate 'tall kid' for going against the odds to try to get to work. Right before I read your post Marilyn was venting to me about the employees at work who find every cottin pickin excuse they can to NOT come to work. I hope the weather improves for you real soon.
Oh yes, favorite trucker is down to a one man show temporarily cause his dad went to Daytona, and to rub a little salt in the wound, dad calls home and tells him the temp was 80 when they left the race. Jim
