cant get those beans planted!

It was almost dry enough this morning so I thought I should try. It was going ok, got 30 acres done so I got down to about 50 acres left, but then that 30% chance of showers hit. Didnt get much rain, a tenth or two so if the sun would pop out maybe I could get going again. Maybe tomorrow!

We got 2.4 inches this past weekend and .9 after noon today. (50 miles south of Spfld) Did get the corn in but have several fields that need to be spotted in. Not many if any beans planted here. The ditches are running hard right now.

Get the blanket out. See the temp's to be in the 20's tonight for larger part of Illinois North of I 80 and southern WS.

I know the feeling!!

Had one of those springs here in SE Minn.Just finished beans tonight.

Actually getting too dry here now.No happy medium.

Just call in the airplane ,in wet years in the past guys have used planes to plant beans .And it stayed wet enough they also had to spray them by air as well .
