Cool!

If James passes before I do, and I am able, no hearse will transport his coffin to the cemetery. I will put his coffin on the JD #16 delivery trailer he is refurbishing, put flags on the corners because he served in the military and pull it with his favorite JD tractor.

If I'm not able to do this, then I'll hire someone to do it.

I told my wife that I want to pulled by my Case LA on matching trailer that I built myself. with coffin painted Flambeua Red and Case LA on the side.

She want a military funeral so I guess they have to be combined.

Also you can be buried on your own property here in Oregon I have a spot between my two Giant Sequoias for a masoleum When the trees full grown I will there for a long, long time. I'm still working on what i want to take with me for the future, my Saab Sonett II, Case LA, and a few more toys. Might even have room for the wife giggle.

I guess the buzzard, that landed on the roof of the Ragan house Sunday morning, watching me trim the Bois de Arc trees may have been a 'sign' that I'm working too hard and too long.

That also may mean that the JD #16 delivery trailer needs to move to the top of the 'project' list.

Might as well 'go out' doing something that I enjoy!

Go ahead and cancel my reservation for the U-Haul trailer.

With fuel prices, food, utilities, insurance, taxes, and health care on the rise, I won't have much left to take with me.

Friend of mine passed away last year, he was a John Deere collector & Puller, a heck of a mechanic, also farmer and Musician. Graveyard was about a mile north of the church where the funeral was held, his wife sent him out in style, Musician friends played his guitar and base at funeral then Pallbearers loaded casket on his flat bed J.D. wagon & Pulled him to the graveyard by his 38 J.D. G pulling tractor. they also had music at the graveyard.

Thanks Lanse,
After reading the posts, I have thought about using one of my Olivers for my daughter's wedding (she's a good looking tomboy) but I had never thouht about planning my own funeral procession. Now they have me thinking - but I hope I have a lot more time to think on this one!
