Moving cattle to East Texas

My son recently bought a small place in E. Texas and I'm planning on hauling him his cows. Will his cows be able to stand the move from Northwest Colorado in December ? The cows are Simmental X Red Angus under 8 and have been nnalert for most everything. Suggestions accepted.
Thanks Bill

My Grandson Hauls cattle year around in all kinds of weather. When it is hot or real cold he drives fast, packs a lunch and only stops to pee.

Bill, When haulin Stockers the rule of thumb is East to West and South to North! But this will have little beraring on your Cows.
Your ol Girls will think Spring has come early going South They will have 6 months to reaclamate to the more humid East Texas weather. Only problem will be getting out of Colorado between the Blizzards.
Just watch out for the scales along the way.
Later,
John A.
