70 flywheel problems

I got a problem i got a john deere 70 with a worn flywheel and crankshaft the flywheel got loose and wore the crank splines i need a way to fix it open to all suggestions.

there is only one way besides having the crank welded an reground, which there are several doin in it now, that is to put a taporlock flywheel on it. there are around 800 dollars.

If the flywheels are installed with new grade five bolts every time they are removed. And properly torqued with a torque wrench. They don't work loose.
Once the splines are ruined, as previously stated the taper-loc is the solution.
Some crude hacks weld the flywheel to the crank but that deserves a horse whipping.
