It rolled across the Fulton-Peoria county line at 4:40 this morning. Lots of lighting thunder wind and rain. Sitting here waiting for daylight to go look at the crops. A big wind could really be hard on this corn crop.

We had an isolated thunderboomer go through about 2:30 am. here in sc Iowa. A guy a work here this morning had a 10 inch ash tree blow over on his camper. We got 3/4 of an inch of rain.

Yep...nasty one...about 11:00pm to 1:00am. Loud too. Blew the swing set across the yard, blew the gas grill across the porch...bunch of tree limbs down all over. Heck even the sunflowers were leaning at a 45 degree angle this morning. got about 1.75".

Came thru northwest Ohio around 3 this morning, strongest lightning I can remember. .6" rain

S.E. Indiana , 7:30 , it`s rolling through now but it`s lost alot of it`s power .

Bill, I know what you are talking about.... I am south of Hanna city. Lots of wind and stuff all over the yard. Beans across the road were ruffled but ok. Corn seemed ok the little I had seen.

Everything looks ok. Not sure how but it does. They are talking on the radio about the power being out lots of places and trees down on roads in Peoria and farther east. We must have missed the worst of it here. Had .8 in of rain just before daylight and it has rained a little since. If anyone out there needs a rain, let me know, we will run over and mow some hay near you. Works here every time!

9 miles south of Canton. Not a drop of rain and no storm. I'm glad too! All Spring and Summer, so far, there's been rain every 3 days or so. I need to cut hay soon. More rain will then be gauranteed!

Need some of your rain here in Oklahoma. Had two days of 105 and suppose to make it again today. Got hay down but it gets so dry he has to bale at night. He just keeps pumping away with the irrigation. gitrib

Now according to the latest RADAR i should be really wet now , overcast but dry. That because we got the hay up lastnight , made it to green and tough so most got wrapped . Sofar not a drop here.

We don't have that storm, but a tropical storm is about to cross us southwest of Houston this morning. Got home late last night and had to batten down the hatches. It shouldn't be too bad.

North central IL just above I-80 and interstate 39. Power out almost 12 hrs since 8 last night . Power just came on. Probably 70 or 80 mph winds last night. Our little town of earlville , trees down everywhere . I have 2 acre of open pollinated Reeds corn its leaning at a good angle. My other corn looks good, beans a little ruffled.

Been praying for some rain. There was a 40% chance last night. Had 3.25" between 4 and 9 AM this morning. Wow. Some ran off, but a lot soaked in. The beans were needing it to help fill out.

South of Pontiac, Il.

Pulled out of the driveway this morning @ 5:35. Got 1 mile down the road and the wind nearly blew the semi truck and trailer off the road. Only 2 miles to the pit, and I was happy to get 21 ton of rock on it. Got a lot of wind and a little rain. Just got home and I was surprised that there was no damage.

Bill and Doug just to show you what a small world this is my brother Rich lives in Canton.
Just south of us in Freeport they had trees down and power out.
Tall Kid went to Freeport today and said some places downtown were closed today.
Southeast of us in Mount Morris said to have lots of streets closed in town and grain bins blow over.
